The tracking number is usually updated within 5-7 Business Days. If your tracking number doesn't get any updates please don't worry. Due to using a third party service to track your order, updates are delayed by a few days. Few of our products ships overseas and gets updates only when it arrives in customer destination country.
In rare cases, when we cannot provide you with a tracking number, you can avail 60 days of returning policy if the item does not arrive.
Please make sure to check your tracking number to see where your item currently is. If the number says that you have received the order but you have not, it is most likely with your postal service.
